About

Cream Puff's Creations was founded by Erin Gallagher aka Cream Puff.

Picture The nickname Cream Puff started way back when I was a baby. My Grandma Millie lovingly had a nickname for each of her three granddaughters. Allison, the oldest, was Sugar and Spice; Nicole, the middle granddaughter, was Dimple Girl; and I, the youngest, was Cream Puff. Every Birthday card or holiday card that we received from Grandma Millie was always made out to either Sugar and Spice, Dimple Girl or Cream Puff. And it was a sure bet that when visiting Grandma Millie, her bear hugs and big kisses would be followed with a loving exclamation of our nicknames.

Along with nicknames, Grandma Millie offered up delicious treats. One of my fondest childhood memories is going to Grandma's house and walking in to see a large plate of freshly made zeppoles drenched in powdered sugar. She knew that was my favorite treat! Once I was old enough, Grandma Millie allowed me to take part in the creation of the zeppoles, which led to more cooking and baking lessons. Before long I fell in love with cooking and baking and wanted to learn more.

Along with Grandma Millie, Grandma Reba also played a key role in the naming of Cream Puff's Creations. Grandma Reba has, what our family believes to be, one of the best cream puff recipes around. The light and airy dough, combined with the not-too-sweet cream filling and a topping of powdered sugar give Grandma Reba's recipe an acclaimed 5 stars.

The combination of the my loving nickname, my affinity for cooking and baking and Grandma Reba's renowned recipe, all led to the start of Cream Puff's Creations.

Me and my mom, Beth, work together to create unique yet delicious desserts for all different occasions. With Allison and Nicole stepping in to lend a helping hand every now and then and my father, Dennis, offering up his taste testing skills, Cream Puff's Creations has taken off and I am looking forward to creating a special treat just for you!
